Delivery Policy
Orders Monday - Saturday
Orders must be received before 10.00 a.m in the recipient’s time zone to assure same day delivery. Orders received after that time will be delivered the following day or business day. Orders received in the locality of St George and Sutherland Shire by 1pm can be delivered on same day. Please note limitations may stand, check with the store when placing your order.
Orders Sunday and Public Holidays
Deliveries on Sunday are subject to availability of drivers. We will endeavour to meet your expectation but may not be guaranteed and will be delivered the next business day.
These cutoff times do not apply to busy floral events including (but not limited to) Mother’s Day, Valentines’s Day and Christmas. Please check with us for order cut-off times for these important dates.
While we try to deliver your order at the requested time, it is not possible to guarantee that these times will be achieved. Please give us a call if it needs to be delivered by a certain time as our delivery times can be between 8am-5pm if no specific time is requested..
There are often local reasons why an order cannot be delivered within your preferred time frame(for example, courier delivery times). If the flowers are for a timed event (for example, a funeral or business), we will do our best to assist. However, we strongly recommend you provide us with an alternative address so the flowers can be delivered elsewhere if too late for the timed event.
A Local delivery fee is added to each order, each address. We will try our best to ensure your flowers are delivered on time to the right location. Delivery of orders to rural addresses, secured buildings or cemeteries cannot be guaranteed. We do not deliver to PO BOX LOCKED BAG addresses. We cannot offer same day delivery or delivery to some locations due to their remoteness. Collection is also available from our stores.

Hospital Delivery Policy
We Can deliver to most hospitals in the St George and Sutherland Shire area. We will endeavour to have your hospital flowers delivered but some hospitals have strict policies about flower and gift basket deliveries. Check with the hospital before sending flowers to ensure they can be delivered. Many patients recovering from surgery, seriously ill or in ICU cannot receive flowers and gifts. Alternatively, we can arrange delivery to the recipients home when they are discharged from hospital.
